The basic rules for using Cours as a diner or approved restaurant partner.
Cours helps diners discover restaurant-designed menus and make reservations. Restaurants control their menus, prices, availability, and reservation policies. Cours does not guarantee that every restaurant or time will remain available.
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly update your contact details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
A reservation is subject to the menu, price, party size, cancellation terms, and payment policy shown when the booking is made. Do not create fraudulent, duplicate, speculative, or abusive bookings.
When a restaurant requires a card, deposit, or prepayment, Stripe processes the payment. Cancellation, modification, refund, and no-show rules displayed at booking apply to that reservation.
Partner access is issued by Cours after onboarding. Restaurants are responsible for accurate menus, capacity, availability, contact information, and fulfillment of accepted reservations.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private information, interfere with security, impersonate another person, or use Cours in violation of law.
Questions about these terms may be sent to admin@dinewithcours.com. These launch terms should be reviewed by Cours legal counsel before broad commercial release.
