Cours Journal

Dining stories with a point of view.

Restaurants, menus, travel, and the business of a better lunch.

Founder's Note · The Cours Vision

New York captured my heart. Cours is what it inspired me to build.

When I first arrived in New York City as a tourist, the city captured my heart—the energy, the cultures, the ambition, and a food scene that can take you around the world in a single neighborhood. It felt like a place where people from everywhere could bring an idea, take a chance, and create something meaningful.

Cours grew from my desire to contribute to that world. I want more people to discover New York's remarkable restaurants through thoughtful, approachable lunch menus, while helping restaurants reach new guests in one of the most competitive dining cities anywhere. Cours is my love letter to New York—one table at a time.
